help question Cross Referencing a Product? Can orange skirt appear in Category "Skirt" and "Orange"

Suppose I have a store that sells clothing. Right now ORANGE is in style!.

So, I have a category - let's say, "Skirts", with lots of skirts in there, including orange ones.

I'd like to make a category, let's say "Style Trend - Tangerine and Tiger Lily", that would bring up the orange skirts, and every other product (blouses, furniture, curious, whatever) that is orange.

    Can that happen?

    Thanks in advance!

Just a matter of copying the products to more than one category:

    Oh.

Well... I thought of that, I just wasn't sure if I could. Thank you so much!

When you go to the Admin panel you can select a product and click that little round "copy" icon on the right, and then it gives you a choice of "copy" or "link".

If you select "Copy", you are creating a brand new product in that category; if you select "Link" then your original product will appear in both the Skirt and Orange categories ... editing the contents of that product will result in changes seen in both categories.
