UPS Shipping Multiplying weight by 4

We have just installed our zencart store: http://www.bangerz.com/zencart/
I have installed the UPS add on and everything appears to be working fine.

HOWEVER, once you estimate shipping, even though the product weight appears correctly at the top of the window, UPS multipies the weight by 3 or 4

I assume I have done something incorrectly in the admin but I don't know where and I can't find any other threads with this problem.
