css_js_loader and Tabbed Products Pro - UPLOADING ISSUE - missed file - Pages will no

Hi all,

I am losing hair trying to sort out an uploading issue with css_js_loader which I uploaded before uploading Tabbed Products Pro as the info for TPP suggested to do so.

Iam getting an error message in admin at the top of the screen in pink saying that a files is missing from a recent upload. Hence I have re-uploade 4 times now trying desperately to ensure that every file was uploaded and was where it should be. Needless to say the upload was different each time.

As it can be with other plugins the instructions for css_js_loader are brief and confusing to say the least .. for non experts that is. This is what the instructions say for uploading;

"Upload all files in this package while maintaining the directory structure (rename YOUR_TEMPLATE to your custom template folder name)"

what is meant by file structure in this instance? Does it mean just uploading the the folder css_js_loader into the root directory (YOUR_TEMPLATE having been changed) and then all the folders and files contained within it will be allocated according to the file structure ...... OR does it mean open the main css_js_loader folder which then gives you two folders, docs and admin, plus 10 js script files and various php and text files then copy admin folder as is into admin and the same with docs to docs and if so where do the other files mentioned go? ... OR do we open those two folders and load the sub-folders as they are into their respective names (some like plugins (admin/secure/plugins) don't currently exist so this step cannot be followed to the letter anyway) or do we open every sub-folder and copy every file into the same name sub-folders.

I have tries ALL the above (and more versions) and am extremely frustrated because I still end up with a file missing and I am frustrated because I know I have uploaded it incorrectly but don't know how I uploaded it incorrectly in the first place because the instructions are vague - written by a developer for developers and not for novices. Some plugins I have added over time have extremely good "follow the bouncing ball" instructions that if you follow to the letter will work, or if you take shortcuts then at least you can go back and re-trace your steps and do it properly) - some say DO NOT UPLOAD "XYZ"FOLDER - upload only the enclosed files.

So I uploaded TPP anyway and it loaded and is configurable but I have done nothing with it - css_js_loader does not appear in admin configuration and the "file missing" warning is still there ......... AND all of my product pages load BLANK.

I have run the uninstall.sql for css_js_loader to no avail.

BACK UP....BACK UP.... BACK UP..... Did I back up? ........ no sireee .... am I dumb ? ... and my host uses windows servers so there is no cPanel for me to do my own restore point so I am at their mercy ($135 per hour or part thereof to do a backup restore with no quote on how long it will take them

As I said at the beginning - the problem has a simple solution but I don't know what it is. Do I delete every single file by name as it appears in the download files or did some of those replace prior existing files?

Any help will be very much appreciated (and I am prepared to accept a flogging as well).
