Duplicate images on category pages

Hi all

I'm currently testing out a new template and I've managed to customise it a lot on my own but I'm having problems with the category pages.

Each product image is shown twice with the product title underneath. This doesn't happen on the template I was previously using.

I have image handler and light box installed, but I don't think this affects my category pages.

Any help greatly appreciated.
