Default problem moving to new host

I am in the process of moving a site to a new host but am having connection issues. This is what I have done so far>

Downloaded site from old host and uploaded to new host
created new MySQL database using original database names, id and password (copied/pasted from configure file)
Downloaded mysql and imported to new host
    applied new ssl certificate
reviewed both configure files to what I believe they should be.
Configured DB_SERVER to correct server (online with new host)

I am getting the zencart install page instead of the home page. Not sure what else to do.

Would I screw anything up if I uploaded the "zc_install" folder and loaded afresh???

    thanks in advance

    Problem solved.
I was using filezilla for file transfers (as I always do) but this time I was getting a critical file transfer error.
MyAdminFolder/includes/configure.php was not uploading after making changes and Admin was still defined instead of '/MyAdminFolder/'

I made the change by using the Hosts File Manager and it worked.

Thanks Dr Byte, your help is very much appreciated.

    Dev.
