show category description only once at the end

hi all,

I want to change the order of the category description and category products. By default category description is displayed at the top, i want it to be shown at the end of the page; also if a category has products displayed on more than one page, category description is also shown on all the pages, I want it to be shown only once. any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've set the description "Outdoor Gear", it show on the first product list page and on 2nd as well. I want it to show only on one page, preferably after the product list ends.

Thanks, it's useful mod however as it says it's only been tested on 1.3.7 whereas my store is 1.3.8a based, just afraid it might not be compatible and might cause issues!!

The first mod example works on 1.3.9h, I have it on most of my templates on my main site but do not use it on all of my categories. Haven't yet tested on my 1.5 demo/test sites, but will get to that.

You can see it on my Mori Lee and Night Moves Prom categories on my main site in sig.

Don't know how to have bottom (or top) description show only on first category page, though.
