Product Listing image alignment issues.

I am having a very strange issue on my product listing page.

The product image seems to be vertical aligning top while the text is vertical aligning bottom. Does anyone know why this is occurring?
I have tried numerous admin back-end configuration changes and none have worked.

The problem seemed to occur about 1 day after I installed Image Handler 2 and I am not sure if this is the issue.
