    Default Calendar ???

    HI all,
I am looking for suggestions from fellow users using a calendar program with zen-cart? Who's, and how it being used?
Are you placing it on one of the pages (Main Page, Page 2, 3, 4) this would be preferred. Installing the program on your hosting server and linking to it their or linking out of the cart completely (ie another companies program and server).
Would like to use something that runs with in the cart. It must be priced reasonably and easy for a non-technical end user to use.
The Event calendar Add on worked OK with 1.3.8 but still had a couple of issues. No way I'm going to try it on 1.5. Blown that install up too often using older Add ons.
    Thank You,
    Mark

It depends on what you want the calendar to display. If events, you can embed a Google Calendar in an EZ page.

    Hi stevesh,
How you been? well I hope.
Yes, something to display craft events and shows being held where ever. Easy for a customer ( most of my are novests) to use? Any costs or fees to use? Sounds like something that runs from Googles site maybe?
First real call I've had for this so any info will help.
Well , Sounds like Sunday might be nice.
    Peace,
    Mark

I'm fine, thanks. Looks like we're getting the March weather we missed now in June.

The Google Calendar is served from Google. The code you would place in the EZ page is inside an iframe. Assuming you have a Google account, you can create your calendar there and make it public, then place it on your site. The configuration is a little chaotic (to me, anyway) and you're limited in styling options (colors, etc.) but it's free and works well.

How exactly would you share this calendar from Google? I have one set up, and it's been made public, but I don't know how to place it inside the EX pages using an iframe....
