    help question HTTP Error 500 is showing at the time of checkout

    Hello there,

    Currently I am using Zen cart v1.5.0 version. At the time of installation everything was going well and the website was working correctly. All the added payment methods were working correctly.

    But before a couple of days, I noticed that the Checkout option is not working. If it is opened in Google Chrome, it is showing HTTP Error 500 and if this page is opened in Firefox, it is showing a blank page.

    Currently there are 3 payment options are available in my site but due to this error none of options are working.

    Steps to Reproduce the Issue: http://beauty-with-fashion.com
    click on product
    add to cart
    checkout with paypal or go to checkout
    blank page is showing

    So please help me ASAP because this time I am unable to solve this issue.

    Could you look in your /cache directory and see what the current debug logs are and what they read?

    I am having the same issue. I checked my debug logs and it was about a timezone error. I think I fixed it, but I'm not sure. There doesn't appear to be any other errors in the debug logs.
