Trying to set up email

Hello everyone :-)

I recently bought the zen cart guide book, and I've been reading through how to set things up. I am still very confused by the email setup. It's at the default PHP setting right now, but I have my zen cart hosted through liquid web and my domain (and free email address that came with it, [email protected]) through Godaddy. Which do I contact to figure out the settings I need for sending emails through my cart? Does anyone know?

With that said, would it be better for me to set up my email address with liquid web instead of godaddy... or does that matter?

Use SMTPAUTH and set your email address, password, SMTP server, and port ... by using the same values you use in your Outlook (or whatever email program you use).
