I'm sure that was the other module. It doesn't show that its qualified for V1.5 of zen cart. I can't recall if I actually tried it with the new cart. Am I corrent that this module I am using doesn't support the commercial rates? If not then does the other module cause any issues with V1.5? Thanks for your help.

That is correct, that January 22, 2012 USPS has no condition for Commercial vs Residential ...
