I have followed the tutorials on how to setup a cart with fixed shipping per item. We have unique 1X items that require custom packaging for shipment so this seemed like a good way to go.

The issue I have is when I click on the estimate shipping button, the pop-up displays the country (OK), State / Province with a dropdown box (not OK) and a Post / Zip code (not OK). Since it is a fixed cost per shipping these are just confusing to the user.

Also, at the top it lists: Total Items: (OK), Weight Xlbs (not OK) Amount: $$ (OK).
The number in the weight is the shipping cost, so I would rather it said something like Shipping $X since it is dollars, and not pounds. Amount is the total of the amount of the items less shipping so even that is confusing.

The rate in the shipping quote is accurate.

Is there a way to eliminate the drop down boxes and summary at the top since it is confusing, or to eliminate the drop down boxes and change the text so the description is accurate?

I would rather have the shipping cost listed directly with the item, but it includes the drop down boxes and such which aren't used and makes the listing confusing.
