Keneso, "LEGEND"! Who knew? Thank you - I dropped the code at the bottom of the stylesheet and amended the LEGEND command to:

LEGEND {
font-weight: bold;
padding: 0.3em;
color: #9a9a9a;
}

And that worked just fine too. More than one way to skin a cat!
