Changing the starting order number

I believe I found it, under tools, store manager set next order number? Is that correct?

Yes, login as an administrator, then Tools > Store Manager > then scroll down to Reset Current Order ID. You'll see some instructions nearby about providing your current order number, and picking a new order number that will be incremented by 1 for the next order. I just followed those instructions. They work.
