My name is Kevin.
We have Zen Cart version 1.5 installed in a TEST mode. When I add a product to the cart the module will indicate in the side box "10 reward points in cart" for example. After I check out the points are never transferred to a pending status. Below is a image of my configuration screen. Any one know how to fix this issue? Thanks Kevin

I had the same issue, I set the Sunrise Period to 1 and it solved the problem but now I am having an issue with expiration period of the earned points, for some reason the points never expire.
