    Default Server crashes?

    Helo
I contacts the cust support regarding the server for my site.
It seems to be on a regular basis that my server needs restarting

the cust support told me this

    "
This indicated that the Apache service on your server is no longer running. You can restart this via SSH using the command "service httpd restart". I would recommend reviewing your servers logs in /var/log/ as they will indicate the issues/errors that this service is experiencing causing it to crash.
    "

I can do a power cycle and that gets my site running again btu i do not wanna do this often and keep checking if my site is going

    thanks for any answers

Dedicated server or shared? Managed or not?

If it's dedicated and managed, I'd be asking for some money back and leave immediately on receipt of a refund.
    A little help with colors.

It is a virtual dedicated server. Not sure if it is managed, I have a control panel log in and I can access the options such as create server accounts for ftp.

The same company host my domain name to. Thank you for further help

If I were paying for a managed server and they told me

    I'd tell them bye.

You can see the error logs from the cpanel in the section labeled Logs.

All that said, there's nothing about Zen Cart that should cause this to happen. You might want to search the forum for your hosting company's name and see if there are other horror stories out there.
