Adjusting header height and remove logo

I am currently trying to set up picaflor azul's Ashley Pink template, and cannot for the life of me figure out how to increase the height of the header image. I have added the height to the stylesheet as below, but the bottom portion of the header image is still being cut off and not showing.

#headerWrapper {background:#fff url(../images/header-bk.jpg) no-repeat center top;height: 170px;margin-top:25px;}

Is there another file that I need to modify?

Also, I do not want a logo, just the header image. How would I remove the logo from the site completely?
