Default Adding multiple products to the cart

When I try to add multiple items to the cart by typing the number in the box and clicking add to cart - it only adds one item. When I'm viewing the shopping cart, I can change the number of items in the cart and click refresh and that works correctly.

Here's my online store if that helps: http://www.oxycise.com/store/

This seems to happen with all products, and I don't think it has always had that problem, so it could have been a module that I've added. Has anyone had that problem or have any idea how to fix it?

    Thanks for your help!

I cannot reproduce the problem on your site ...

Regardless of the Category, I can go to it and add multiple products at one time without any issues ... did you fix this?

I also have this issue. If you choose a larger amount than 1 on the product page and Add To Cart, it only adds 1 item on the shopping cart page.

You have 2 add to cart buttons on your product_info ...

When you use the top one, you get quantity 1, regardless of the quantity entered ...

When you use the bottom add to cart, you get the right quantity when you enter it ...

I suspect that you have the first add to cart setup outside the form tags or some other error that is causing the quantity issue ...

Yes, I had two instances of the Add To Cart <!--bof Add to Cart Box -->...<!--eof Add to Cart Box--> code on the tpl_product_info_display.php. What is interesting is that after I deleted the instance at the page bottom, the top instance which was not carrying the selected quantity to the Checkout, began to work again. Is there something else that would preclude having multiple instances on one page?

    Thanks!

You would need some sort of java to change the quantity when set in the bottom to fill the one in the top as the top one is the one being "heard" when the button is clicked to submit ...
