Sporadically Very Slow

So my site is sporadically very slow and I am not sure whats wrong. I think it is so slow it scares customers away.

Its no wonder your site is Sloooooow...
You need to move to a host that doesn't overload their servers and is suitable for ecommerce sites, not just flat html sites.

Are we sure that is it? I click on some of the links that share a sever and some are fast and some are slow...

Your times show that parsing the php page is very slow.
The database times however seem ok.
Your site is fairly basic and doesn't demand excessive resources.
Your images file sizes are also ok
Therefore for me (imo) it appears that you are on an overloaded server
