Edit "% off" wording on discount prices

My products now have this format:

$45.99 $25.99
Save: 43% off

and I want to remove the word "off" and the colon as in:

$45.99 $25.99
Save 43%

what file do I edit?

Peeking in the Tools ... Developers Tool Kit ... and doing a search in the bottom input box for:
% off

Will come up with where the define:

define('PRODUCT_PRICE_DISCOUNT_PERCENTAGE','% off');

is located and you can use your templates and overrides to customize the language file for this ...
