Default Payment Processor for Erotic Books anyone?

Are any of the modules suitable for erotic books?

I have no modules installed as of yet, and I have the latest version 1.5.0

I recently heard back from moneybookers and they have a problem with my business model, probably because i have enabled a "look inside" which allows a jpg picture of everything up until the first few pages of chapter one.

I think people should be allowed to see. In addition, it's Taboo reading in general, which I won't get into.

I have seen paypal and moneybookers on adult sites like adameve, but I think they either have an "arrangement" or it's because there is only a general description and not too much else stated about the product they can get away with it. More or less it's probably an arrangement because too many small business people are running into the same problems where they can't find payment.

If anyone has information or can be of assistance please help.

From a payment gateway point of view, Shift4's Dollars On The Net gateway would certainly handle your traffic, but it is a gateway only, so you would still have to acquire your merchant services through some source. However, since Dollars On The Net connects to every major processor in North America, it should give you some options and flexibility in regards to getting that merchant account.

    Okay guys. Thanks SO MUCH.

I did a search for the above and found some interesting stuff. There is a company who built a module for CC Bill it's not listed on this zen cart site.

    Here is the link

I also did a search for the Shift 4 Dollars and found some information.

    Here is the link

Hopefully this discussion will help others -

Yes, but doesnt your paypal page simply say 'Item total from blahblahbookstore.com' and not an itemised payment page?

There is always google checkout too.

Raises eyebrow It is....just a bookstore. Perhaps pronzie should try the regular modules and see what happens first.
