UK based... Zen 1.3.9h (website standard)

I have recently noticed an increace in bail carts... thankfully some have contacted to say what the error is....

New Zealand: "I tried placing an order but paypal rejected my payment because of country
of residence. I live in New Zealand. Do you guys ship to NZ?? Thanks"

US: "It will not allow me to purchase the product because it says the address is invalid on paypal"

We have shipped to many countries including Ausie, Neatherlands.... Etc.

Has anyone any idea what I may have missed?
