Re: Cambridge Pro Template Support Thread

Another winner!

Looks great in my Firefox and Chrome.

Drop-down is unstable in my IE9 (primary browser.) Jumps around and sub cats don't open. Also, transparent in IE9 and hard to read because site is the background. This isn't unique to this template; I've noticed this on other sites with similar drop down.

Again, great job!

Thanks! I used the CSS Horizontal Dropdown Menu With jquery module for the menu. I have never head of cross browser problems with jquery.

Thanks,

Re: Cambridge Pro Template Support Thread

I checked compatability/non-compatability mode with same results. It could be just my browser, though. Any day now I plan on wiping out my computer and reinstalling back to day I brought it home, getting rid of all clutter and hopefully, any problems.

Anne, FYI, your 14828 and 14829 templates (both outstanding, btw!) drop downs have no problem in my IE9, if they are the same drop down.

I will check into this, but these templates have sold tons of times so I think that customers would have noticed and let me know about this by now ;-)

Re: Cambridge Pro Template Support Thread

Your two commercial templates I mentioned DO work. It's just the new Cambridge where the drop down flutters and doesn't work properly...for me, anyway.

Don't know why some work and this one doesn't in my IE9. Perhaps others will see it. Or perhaps it's just me. :)

It's not just you ... my IE9 (9.0.8112.16421, Update Versions 9.0.7) seems to experience a z-index issue with the drop-down header. I'm running on 64-bit Windows 7 Ultimate, SP1.

Ah I understand now. I'll try to get this fixed before they approve the template. If not, I'll post the fix here and include the fix in a future template update ;- )

Re: Cambridge Pro Template Support Thread

Ok, I just resubmitted the template package with a different drop down menu (the pure css mega menu) so hopefully that is the template package which will get approved.

Thanks,

Anne

Hi,

Thanks for this wonderful theme template. I have installed it on Zencart 1.5.0 version.

The main page Tab for New, Featured and Special products doesn't open with any products. I have to manually click on New Tab to see products.

I am not having and featured and special products currently.

Maybe changing order of tab change the display. Can you let me know how to change order of Tabs on main page for your template?

The tabs will not populate with products until you specify featured and specials.

See this post for changing the order of the tabs:

This is not a problem with the template package. I would recommend switching to a xamp server. Wamp does cause problems. If you want to know the specifics and why's do a search on the forum.

Thanks,

Anne

Re: Cambridge Pro Template Support Thread

Hello, thanks for the nice template. I am trying to add more space the top submenus and other levels because the text looks wrapped. I went to stylesheet_mega_menu.css but cannot find what to change.
