E-mail Transport error

When i tried to set freee shipment module,i get this message saying;

ERROR: Failed sending email to: "missnura_com##########################" with subject: "ALERT: Your Admin settings have been changed in your online store." Could not instantiate mail function. Please check Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport.

After i checked Admin->Configuration->Email Options->Email Transport:the default mail transport is set to default: php

What am i doing wrong?

Use a different transport more suitable to your server's configuration.
