Also, i should note, I did try to uninstall and reinstall the Authorize.net AIM in my admin under payments, which worked fine and shows as green, but does not show on the site.

You need a secure URL for this to work ...
Currently, your site is not using one for Login/Checkout ...
What happens if you turn that on in your configure.php files?

I'll check that out, thanks. I guess that reset with the upgrade (don't think it did in the past ones from what I can remember).
That did fix it, which is interesting. In the past (not sure if it was just mine) but I had always had credit card access up. The SSL was an option of course that you would want turned on, but did not prevent the credit card from showing up.
Also, may be new security features but I had a lot of issues updating and changing my CHMOD to writable. After some time with the hosting company they said they think the script may be kept to 444 and that it would need to be updated by uploading the file to overwrite with the true statement.
