Only 2 sideboxes appearing out of 8 selected using comstock template

Hello,

I'm building a site www.perkalatte.com & installed the comstock template which is a 3 row template. The sideboxes that came with the template installed correctly as they show
up in the admin control panel.
I have selected 8 boxes but only 2 show up.

Anyone have an idea what is going on & if so how do I fix it?

I'm going to re install the template since i haven't modified it yet & see if that helps.
