if you disconnect, then my store product appears excluding tax is (in my ex. $ 50). Of course, the subtotal is presented as I like, but most important is to preserve the tax-products in the store

Unfortunately, you can't have it both ways without custom coding. Since your Subtotal and Shipping are displayed with tax included, why not just remove the Tax field from your order totals (admin's Modules->Order Totals->Tax and click Remove)? The result would be that everything would add up properly (53.50 + 10.70 = 64.20)
