Hi all,
I’m having a problem with a Paypoint mod that I’m using on 2 sites. Works fine on one but not on the other. All the settings are right according to Paypoint and all the files compare perfectly.
In cuepower the sale goes through the checkout fine then redirects to the card page and the customer enters their details. All fine. Paypoint checks the card and for my card Barclays do their check then I get returned to the last page of the checkout not the confirmation page and I get a red bar that says 'It was not possible to complete your transaction, please contact the merchant for more information.' I know it’s just the standard error message in the mod but I have no idea what could be the matter.
I’ve checked all the files and hired a professional to check the site over for me and she found nothing, I’ve been over everything with paypoint and they say it’s fine their end and it’s our site that is rejecting it, last night I spent about 4 hours going over error and security logs with our host and found nothing helpful.
We get the email from Paypoint and they take the payment but the customer doesn’t get their copy and the site obvious doesn’t complete the sale.
I’m really stuck and out of ideas
