    Good news, your USPS user id is working ...

    You appear to have a different version of USPS installed that the current version and see if that helps you ...

    Could you try installing the current version of USPS from:
    http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1292

    When you install it, turn on the Debug for Logs and check that you have a directory:
    /logs

    and make sure the permissions are set for 777 or 755 depending on your server ...

    That's what you suggested the last time, but I had the latest update then, so I'm thinking it's a different problem. :/

    The latest version was released 27 Mar 2013 ... you appear to be using the January 22, 2013 ...

    Technically both should work, but I was hoping that current version would work better for you ... it also produces additional information in the Debug Log that you will find in the /log directory if you make one, if you need it, and make sure that the permissions are correct ...

    Never mind - turns out I'm an idiot and forgot to set it to "Enable USPS Shipping".

    Says the code is too long to post here, but it looks like both First Class and Priority are now mysteriously working again! I wonder why they didn't before.

    One reason it could have fails is if something has changed on the USPS RateV3 quotes that is currently working on the RateV4 quotes ...

    There could be other reasons, but I am glad all is right in the world once more ...
