Help!!!! Addons not working in the last site I made

I have several websites that I have zen cart installed on they all work perfectly except my last one. I tried installing both easypopulate 4.0 and google sitemaps and nothing is showing in the admin section I can see the files on my server but nothing in the admin section of zen cart. I have been back and forth with my hosting company and they cannot figure out what the problem is either.
I have changed the file names to match mine for the admin files

I am running zen cart 1.5
php version 5.2.17

Many mods written for version 1.3.9h don't work with version 1.5.0. You may have to contact the authors of the two you mentioned to see if an update is on the way.

Both of these mods have been updated for zen cart 1.5 I have them loaded on 5 other websites that I have and all work perfectly without any problems just this site all sites are hosted with the same company also.

The admin pages are showing its just under the Admin>tools section and under Admin>Configuration Easypopulate and Google Sitemap are not showing so I can't access either one.
