DB not updating

Last month, my site crashed. At the time I thought the database was corrupted and went through all kinds of problems loading a 'good' backup.

As it turned out, it was a host problem, as they had configuration issues installing the renewed subscription of my SSL Cert.
It took days to get that fixed.

I am getting orders, emails and correct inventory count, but the site admin page does not reflect the order. The other thing that is missing is Counter History (last 10 days) The last entry is 5/11/2012 (when I had the crash)

HELP!!!!!
