I have read posts about how this is an issue, but they were specific to a different kind of product than what I have. I have virtual and real products and one customer using IE 7 and Windows 7 tried to add two virtual products to her shopping cart, and when she tried to add the second one, the first one had disappeared. These are downloadable PDF products. She tried 3 times, then emailed me about the issue.

I'm confounded because I've tried the cart in Safari, Opera, Firefox, and IE8 and have not found the same problem.

I am using Zen Cart 1.5, it was a new install so no upgrade, I am using a modification of a template called "Ashley Pink" by Picaflour Azul, I am pretty much a noob as far as installing a shopping cart and setting up a merchant account (first time for both) so it could be something very simple for all I know. Does anyone have any ideas about what the problem could be?
