I forgot to ask....
tpl_shopping_cart as in the templates folder or shopping_cart.php in includes/english/her-template folder
never mind---I uploaded a fresh tpl_shopping_cart_default file to her template/templates folder and the text now appears. I had previously uploaded the one from the english folder numerous times and it would not behave but now it does,
thanks so very much and Have a Happy Thanksgiving
I am having a layout problem with the products images in category listings, this is the original thread:
http://www.zen-cart.com/showthread.p...Layout-quesion
I reposted that here in case someone else might run into the same problem while using this thread.
The reply I got was why I came here too:

I just happened across this one by chance ;) I would recommend looking at the the includes/modules/piccadilly_posh/product_listing.php file.

I will look at that file and let you know here.

I have gotten the space to disappear and even when out of stock is showing there is no additional space but the items under the image are still not right
I tried moving things around in the file but had no effect at all. We need the listing to be image/name/price/moreinfo area
other suggestions, I even used the file from the actual column pro layout plugin and it too showed the large space, I had to use the file from the single listing template mod to remove the extra space which causes the name to appear as if it belongs to the image below.

ok thanks, I have restored fresh files when she needed something moved around because the host she was at would just do things for her but never said what they did or where.
Not sure what is going on since the proper way that zencart does it is right in some places but not in the category sections.
