Configuration group not updated automatically in admin

i install zen cart 1.5, fresh install, and i got a weird problem
if i insert new tables to configuration group, it is successfully inserted to my sql table, but it isn't shown in Admin->Configuration
then i did a test, from phpmyadmin, i updated the configuration_group_title "My Store" to "My Store 12345", but it's still shown "My Store" in my Admin->Configuration.
even i updated "visible" from "1" to "0", it still shown in admin.
it seams the admin configuration group doesn't update automatically according to the sql table

all the new inserting tables are not shown in admin configuaration

is there anything i missed?
