Default The case of the hiding order!

    Hello

I am using vers. 1.50 (upgrade history below).

I have this curios case of an order number 2127 that was placed in April, paid by PayPal and the order status updated and message sent to customer, but suddenly today it does not exist anywhere as if it never existed. In the orders listing, it does not show (2126 and 2128 shows), when I pick the customer, and press Show orders - there is no order, but I know it exists as I have a PayPal confirmation, a store order confirmation as well as a copy of the order status change email.

I then logged into the database using PhpMyAdmin - and check the zen_orders table, and the order is there! Also, checked all the other order related tables and the order is there. Order is also allocated to the correct customer and the customer exists!

This is weird it just does not show up in the front-end, has anyone ever seen this, or can help me figure out what would stop this order diplaying in the front end?

    Thanks a lot

I am now convinced that this could be a bug in 1.5.0.

The order does not appear in the orders listing; (1)
It does show in the customer's account summary/history (2)
It does not appear in the customer's order listing (the only order the customer has ever made) (3)

    BUT

It does appear when you search by order number in the search field on the top of the order listing page! (4 & 5)

This is perplexing and I can find no reason for this to happen. It's a major problem because now I am not sure whether I am accounting for/posting all orders.

Any help or pointers appreciated, please.

    Cheers

Look, via phpMyAdmin, at the table:
    orders_total

what records can you find for this Order?

When you go to the Customer listing and click on the Customer record what is the customers_id?

When you click on the ORDERS button what is the customers_id in the URL for the cID= ...

When you look, via phpMyAdmin, at the table:
    orders

and search for the orders_id ... what is the customers_id?

    If you browse the table:
    orders

and compare the record for this order to the other orders, does the data seem similar?
