Product and Order Status

Is there any one that can help me achieve this (see attached images)

What I am looking for is a way to flag a product as "On Hold" or "Sold" on the customer side as well as the admin side like the attached images.

Did you look at the Plugins link above? I don't know if there actually is a plugin that does what you want, but that's the first place I'd start to look.

Setting a product to Sold is relatively easy, involving, I think, just editing the defiine file that holds the "Sold Out" text.

It would help us help you with the rest of the requirement if you describe the business logic that would make it work. How is a product put on hold, for example? Do they complete the checkout but choose Hold rather than make a payment? Also, is there only one of each product?

rstevenson thanks so much for taking a look. The site sells very high end watches and all payments are either wired or a check sent so i need a way to place items on hold and have that show up in the product list. The product would be placed on hold through the above image #2 by editing the product or by image #1 by clciking on the proper icon.
