I talked to support and they said this. I have a live site? And it is installed on some server? ,Please contact your hosting server to get your (ftp) details. How do I find out who my hosting sever is? Where are the set up details? I have PHP Version: 5.2.17 (Zend: 2.2.0) Where do I find out who is the host?
