HTML Not Working

I cannot get HTML to work in define pages editor. I have tried different editors but the HTML code is not interpreted and just shows as text on the page. Can anyone help?

Have you defined your choice of editor? Admin-configuration-my store- HTML editor third from bottom of list.

Yes I have - but have just realised I am on v1.3.9g not 1.3.9h - does this make any difference?

No. You are selecting your editor choice when you go into define pages editor yes?

There is a known bug in v1.3.9g that causes this problem.

Thanks for that - what a pain as I now have to upgrade to v1.3.9h to get round this.

I have upgraded to 1.3.9h but this still doesn't work - does anybody have any other ideas?
