Hi.

We have a 1.5v install of zencart. For some reason the textbox for custom state is always showing up in the shipping calculator.

We have another site on an older 13.9, and the textbox only shows up when the country selected doesn't have a dropdown states list.

can anyone advice on how to fix this? Please check http://www.jtcasinogames.com and see the shipping calculator to see the misplaced textbox.

Oh and only countries allowed are US and Canada so not sure why the textbox is even showing up.
