Having Issues With Welcome Email

My website is www.krazycandle.com. I'm having problems with the Customer Welcome Email. After much searching and comparing files we still can not figure out where to change it. We have also went into the Admin panel and used the Developers Tool Kit to try and find where the files are located that need to be changed but still no success.

We are using Zen Cart 1.5. The template is A Pink Boutique.

Here is how the Welcome Email currently looks:

What happens when you switch back to the CLASSIC template?

These are not core zencart constants.

You're further than I am--and I too am having problems... For me, "Email Welcome" does not show-up in the drop-down menu of the Admin Console Tools > Email Welcome.... it is just not there. Other things in the menu are there, i.e.

Template Selection, Layout Boxes Controller, Banner Manager, Send Email, Newsletter and Product Notifications Manager, Server/Version Info, Who's Online, Store Manager, Developers Tool Kit, EZ-Pages, Define Pages Editor, Install SQL Patches.

So.... anyone, where is Tools > Email Welcome ? Is it not in v 1.5? Or do I have to set-it up in some configuration?? Thanks in advance!

There is no Tools - Emails Welcome in any version of Zencart. What exactly are you trying to do ?

Ouch! Thanks for your kind reply Stevesh--Well, newbie that I am, I am learning by following thru book, e-Start Your Web Store with Zen Cart. I only have the first edition, Copyright 2007 by Goh Koon Hoek.

Pg. 79 says, "Customizing Email Messages To look at a sample email that customers receive when signing up for an account with your store, click on Tools > Email Welcome."

So I guess I was hoping to see as the book shows, a screen shot of the message that new customers receive when they sign-up. The book does explain that we are unable to make changes there, but this will show the out-going message.

stevesh is slightly incorrect.
It was removed as of v1.5 because it wasn't consistently displaying customized results and isn't as real a test as sending actual emails.

OK-Great to know as I was beginning to think that -- even with me best spy-glass -- I couldn't find a rubber ducky in a bath-tub!
