Combined Shipping: each additional item is less... Help Needed!!

I know there are tons of posts about getting the right shipping module, but I can't seem to find 'the one.' Please help!

This is basically what I'm trying to do (see picture below).


So for example, if a person in Canada buys 3 shirts, that would be 7 + 3 + 3 = 13. Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Create 3 Zone Definitions with the DETAILS for your 3 zones ...

Then, you will want to clone the Item Rate item shipping module 2 times so you have 3 copies ...

Next, you can configure the Item Rate item shipping clones as:
Zone: United States
Handling Fee: 1.00
Shipping Cost: 2.50

Zone: Canada
Handling Fee: 4.00
Shipping Cost: 3.00

Zone: Rest of the World
Handling Fee: 5.00
Shipping Cost: 5.00

Hi Ajeh. By "Item Rate item shipping module" do you mean Per Item shipping module? Or is the Item Rate item shipping module found in the Plugins. As far as I can tell, there is no Item Rate item shipping module...?

I'm sorry for double posting, but I have yet another question... How do I make a Zone Definition that covers all countries but the U.S. and Canada?

It looks like I have to manually add every other country under Location / Taxes -> Zone Definitions -> Rest of World -> Details . That could take a while...

You will find this one that can help you build zones such as for the Rest of the World:

There should be one for the Rest of the World excluding US and Canada or use the Rest of the World for the US and delete Canada from it after it is created ...

The Item Rate item shipping module comes with Zen Cart ...
