Surcharge on particular vendor?

Hello All,

Wondering if there might be a simple way to add on a surcharge for and order that has
any products for a particular vendor ?

is IF any items from a catagory or vendor are in the cart it will add a set $ amount to the order..

Well, probably the easiest way of doing it is to create an new order total module that adds the amount if it finds appropriate products. So, whether you think that is easy or not depends on how adept you are with php. I do not believe that there is a point and click way of doing it and I am not aware of a module for this. But I may be wrong...
