How to get my banner in the right place?

I've loaded a banner onto my home page but it's sitting in the sponsors box and not across the top. I can't see any way of specifying exactly where it should go?

I've looked at a few tutorials but they don't offer help in this case.
Any advice would be much appreciated.

The banners are postioned by specifying a banner position for the group the banner is in at Admin - Configuration - Layout Settings.

You've chosen the group BannersAll for your banner (You can create your own banner groups, too). If you want it, say, above the header, you would set the BannersAll group to Header Position 1.
