Product Cost Display

I am having problem with this mod I have uploaded the files to the admin folder and installed the sql file but when in the admin panel it says to:-

1. Go to Admin>Configuration>Easy Populate 4

2. Edit User Defined Products Fields, Add products_cost

3. Update

Your export will now include a column called v_product_cost for easy updating

There is no Easy Populate 4 under Configuration.

Can someone please help me with this.

Hello,

I am having a bit of an issue with this plug-in. The issue is probably something that I have accidentally caused by merging files, so I hope that you can help me with the code.

I am using zen cart 1.51. I installed the products cost display mod, tested it on one product, and it worked fine. Then I installed the upc/isbn mod. That mod caused the products cost entry box not to show up on my products. I then tried to merge the two conflicting files which were the admin\includes\modules\product\collect_info.php.

Now, the data entry box for products cost is present, I am able to enter data, but after entering the data and updating product, I go back to the product, and the cost is back to $0.00.

I have checked my db, and the products_cost table is present.

The upc/isbn works fine and the db holds the data entered.

Do I need to post my collect_info.php code in order for you to help? Or can you tell me what may be the reason my db is not holding this specific data, or what line of code I may need to add or edit?

I just installed this mod for V1.50. It installed properly, but I can't see where to input the costs. I see the instructions for Easy Populate 4, first, do I need this only if I want to update all my costs from an Excel spreadsheet? If not, when I go to Admin>Configuration>Easy Populate 4, I don't have a "Edit User Defined Products Fields".

So I am quite confused at this point. I'd appreciate some help as this mod would be helpful.

Id like to display the cost price on the category pages in admin, so I can see all the products together and see their cost price and sale price side by side. Can this be done?
As it stands, having to click and view each product page in admin seems a bit clunky.

Ive installed this on 1.39h by the way and it seemed to work ok.
