Cannot access Admin Folder

I'm a complete beginner to Zen Cart. I've installed a copy on my Windows 7 computer. I'm running
it locally on the machine, and to access my trial shop I use the following address http://localhost/it-lunar. The shop front page
appears OK.However when I try and access my admin page using http://localhost/it-lunar/admin, I get the error message that I need to
change the name of my admin folder. This is where I'm completely stuck. How do I access my files to change the name of the admin
folder? I have a copy of CuteFTP that I've tried to use to access the files but no joy. Any advice would be most welcome. Thanks

Since the files are on your local computer, I'd assume you could access them using Windows Explorer.

Never thought of that! Dumb or what! Hard part was to determine where the files were located. Have achieved that now and I'm up and running.
