Partial Payment

I am new to Zen Cart and don't know my way around it too much to accomplish this, I would appreciate any help. We have a physical store and I am creating a e-commerce website for it (no deliver only, in-store pickup). I would like to be able to accept partial payment (like 20% of the total) online and remaining balance will be collected when the customer come in to the store to pick their order (this will be done not using Zen Cart). Is there a way of doing this with Zen Cart? or work around on how I can accomplish this? I am looking to use Authorize.net as payment gateway. Thank you in advanced.

Depends on how you accept payment. It's possible authorize.net has a partial payment mode. There's this:

I haven't used it and don't know if it works with Zencart version 1.5.0.
