Changing The Header Image On Invoices

I recently upgraded my Zen Cart to 1.5 and noticed that all the invoices are coming in with the default Zen Cart logo at the top. I would like to have my own logo there instead. I did put it on when I first got the Zen Cart but I can't remember what I did. It was years ago.

I looked in the book by Hoek and thought that I just needed to replace the logo.gif image in the admin/images file with the image I wanted, but that didn't work.* I emptied the cache, still no luck. Then I thought I had it tracked down as header.jpg and changed that but no luck. Where can you find the header image which the Zen Cart is using for its invoices and change that? Thanks.

*I did get a warning when I tried to open it up in Photoshop that "Could not open ".../logo.gif" because the file format module cannot parse the file" but I opened it in Image Ready, saw that it was the correct image, then saved it again as logo.gif in admin/images but still no dice.

I did change that, tested it last night it didn't change but this morning it did so there must have been some sort of delay. I did test it right after I changed it and the old Zen Cart image came up, this morning the my logo appeared. So I guess it was necessary to propagate somewhere.

Thank you for reinforcing that and I will keep your answer in case I need to do this again, and perhaps you helps someone else as well.

Last year I upgraded the cart and the image at the top of my invoices reverted to the Zen default image. I posted the above and found that the invoice image was in admin/images/logo.gif. Fine. I changed the image and a few hours later, it did change to the proper header.

I upgraded the cart again this year but the invoice image reverted to the Zen Cart default image. So, I changed the admin/images/logo.gif to the proper image and waited. Unfortunately nothing happened, the invoices still get the Zen Cart default image. I know that I am using the right path to get to the image, is there some reason this would not work? Some alternate method of changing the image or did something change and I just didn't catch note of it? Thanks for steering me in the right direction. I am using version 1.5.1 and the header in the admin panel is correct. Thanks.

Well, just in case some other sufferer sees this, here is what happened. I had done everything right but for some reason (again) it took days to finally turn into the correct image. Just has to percolate through the system.
