Discount based on # ordered

I am trying to set up a "buy $15 or more and get 15% off your order" discount.

I did a search and came up with a similar thread, but it dealt with discounts based on multiples of ONE product purchased.

I sell digital products, so what I would like to do is have this discount apply on ANYTHING the customer purchases that totals $15 or more. NOT based on multiples of one product, as that doesn't apply to my shop.

Is this possible? How would I set it up?

Can you offer a Discount Coupon for 15% with a Minimum of 15.00 that you advertise on your site?

Ah, true. I can do that. But is there a way to apply it automatically?

You can do this with the Quantity Discounts contribution in the Plugins area.
