    Default Banner Position 1

    Hi All,

Have a slight problem, while i can get banners to work correctly i cant get them to show in banner position 1... If i add a banner to this position it will show it on position 2, nothing in the header.

I have also had a problem with getting the SALES TEXT to show beside the logo, im guessing this may be related!!

website is www.toner-sales.com.au is someone could help me out! thanks

Some of these 12leaves/pixemus templates rearrange the banner positions (as many templates can do.) For example, the Free Abagon Red template has ALL of its banners on the homepage only. When I tested it, I put them back to normal zencart operation, for the most part.

This Crista template I've tested but don't recall the banner positions. I would not be surprised if banner 1 and banner 2 appear next to each other, one on top of the other, on the homepage. Try turning on all three header banner at the same time to see where they appear. I wouldn't be surprised if, on the homepage, all three header banners are stacked together...with header 3 banner going to the rest of the pages in the site.

I wouldn't expect the header 1 banner to be at the top of the site, as is the default zencart arrangement.

NOTE: It is common for templates to completely eliminate one of the header banners.

your right, all the header banner positions are stacked together. If i turn on all 3 the banners, they are on top of each other but none to the very top position that im after.

What file calls these positions? i had a look in the classic css and css from cristablue, compared the 2 in winmerge but couldnt see any differences.

    Thanks for your help!

Possibly includes/templates/crista_blue/common/tpl_main_page.php. If the template changed that file, compare it with a stock version.
