Hi All,

Just moved my website to a new host. Everything appears to be fine except when I run a live credit card payment using my Visa, once the confirm order button was pressed I get a white page with the following on it:

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /index.php on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.
I'm using a sage pay Direct v1.0.1 and my new host is HostGator.

Any ideas what is going wrong?
